  Beautiful grounds. Went to visit my grandparents' grave and asked where their plot was in the office upon arrival. The door rings each time it opens so I didn't have to announce my presence. One visible staff member in the adjacent room ignored me as I stood in plain view. Finally a woman came around the corner asking what I needed, but she sounded in a hurry for some reason. She was able to look up the site, and even led us to it by car, but her entire demeanor was as if I were a nuisance and she had better things to do. Not exactly the patient understanding one expects from those in the funeral business.
